2. Are the idols handmade or mass-produced?

Our items are made to order. Each piece is carefully printed, cleaned, and finished individually.

3. How long does it take to ship?

Printing and finishing usually take 1–3 business days.
Shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Will the color fade over time?

No. PLA retains its color and finish. Just avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods.

5. How should I clean the model?

Simply wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals or strong rubbing.

6. Can I request custom sizes or designs?

Yes. We accept custom size requests, and we can also create personalized or custom 3D models.

7. Is the product fragile?

Our prints are lightweight and durable, but like any decorative showpiece, handle with care, especially at thin or pointed parts.

8. Do you accept returns or replacements?

If the item is damaged during delivery, we provide a replacement.
